Automation project for 4 furnaces for heat treatments.
The equipment and software used were SIEMENS.
A new electrical project was designed, an electrical cabinet was manufactured with a PLC and a TP and the field electrical installation of each furnace was carried out.
As a control system for the entire line, a PC was installed and a SCADA was developed with a database to store the data of each of the treatments carried out.
